We had to make some changes to the way bundles are handled in the latest update. The simplest way to get your download links it to add the product to your cart and order it again. Because you already own it, the price should come out to $0. Just click on links below for the plugin you are missing to add it to your cart.
The number you get from a 3rd party store is not a serial number, it’s a coupon to get your plugin at no cost. All you have to do is enter that code on this page, and it will put the plugin into your cart and bring the cost down to $0. This way you will always have access to the latest version from your account here.
Windows: First try running the installer as Administrator. To do this, right click on the installer .exe file and choose “Run as Administrator.”
Put this file in your “/Library/Application Support/Boz Digital/” folder.
Put this file in your “/Library/Application Support/Boz Digital/[PLUGIN NAME]” folder.
If either of those files are already there, you won’t need to replace them. It will ask you one more time to register, and after that, it should stop asking.
If you are using OSX High Sierra (10.13 or greater) there is an issue where you have to reboot your computer after installing the plugin in order for it to show up in Logic Pro X. We are still looking for a solution to this problem, but rebooting should fix it.
